Elderly retired couple is looking for a house or apartment to rent in Cebu-City (preferably Talamban, Lahug, Banilad) or near surroundings (+/- 50km) or whole Cebu if the place is nice

Important for us: Minimum 3-4 spacious BR, quiet, clean and safe neighbourhood. Garden would be nice. We bring already some own basic furniture.
Our budget is 10.000 to 12.000 PHP.


We are open-minded, clean and honest tenants with respect for the property of others. If the place is pleasant, we may stay for very long .

how about here in Camagong Lahug, house with 3bedrooms, two cr and car park. P15T/month if unfurnished but if you want furnished P16T. Very Peaceful place with only 6houses in a compound. Our compound has two separate apartment buildings. One is on a second floor with veranda, bath tub, kitchen / living room and one bedroom. The other building is a townhouse type (bungalow) with 4 apartments (hence the 4-door ). Each apartment in this second building has their own garden, one bedroom, spacious living room and kitchen. It also has a laundry area. This is located in Maribago, Lapu-lapu City.
