hi! bcn interested ka. We are planning to rent a 3 story -house near IT park. 1st floor is where the small CR, kitchen, sink and dining area is. 2nd floor is a big vacant room, can accommodate up to 3 pax, 3rd floor is a room with bed. We are planning to occupy the 3rd floor. House is 8k exclusive of water and electricity, and since the 3rd floor has a bed already. We are willing to pay 4.5k and to have the 2nd floor rented for 3.5k. House will be vacant by 3rd week of Feb pa.
