    beware sa mga oily food... basic na sya. den murag naa mn na gina prescribe ang mga doctors? oatmeal ka lng for dinner...den gulay lng...

    basic is to change your diet...low fat and low salt diet and exercise, maski brisk walking would help...pila na diay imo edad?

    karon paman ko ani kasuway oi wala man ko gibati nga lipong lipong pero katong nag medical mi last december 145/100 ako Bp..hapit ma pending tsk tsk...i do every other day jogging nowadays tag 30 mins lang kay lisod man gud everynight tukar mi dre manila hago kau im just asking kay nxt week medical nasad mi ani..

    modify your diet. eat foods low in sodium etc.

    stress... kuwang ka sa tulog, mkasaka jud na ug BP. jogging is good, 30 mins ok na kaau na! fish, sarap! ayaw ng prito ha hehe, ayaw sad ng mga parat ug tambok.

    if tight budget ka,drink lang ug ginger tea kay it helps lower ur cholesterol, thins ur blood thus preventing blood clot,then way to prevent high blood pressure
