Default Did ERAP start the Philippines' Demise?

Did anyone notice this thing happening in our country?when do you think it started and who do you think started it?

The answer my friends are:When erap became the president, the Oposition (this include erap),Us (most of our not so educated brothers).
We (our no so educated brothers), decided to vote a popular not so educated actor with an average political knowledge, to lead this country.

Damn..still we have'nt learned our lesson and we tried and luckily failed to put another actor in that office!!
Why not change our electoral process instead of changing the system of govt..

as per history, it all started in the administration of DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL.

during election campaign, Ferdinand Marcos called President Macapagal as "MAKAMAHAL".
dollar during that time soared against our peso.

.. it's way back to Manuel Quezon. America was offering the philippines to be one of it's state but the stupid and greedy Quezon said: i'd rather see the philippines run like hell by filipinos than run like heaven by americans. But he forgot to notice that he's wearing an american suit and he said those in english. Such a wise crack and so narrow-minded. He wasnt thinking of the future. Worst president ever.

Did erap started the Phils. demice?

    =in a sense, YEAH..

but if we trace all our misfortunes then we should take into account all the "nice" things that our "nice" politicians has done for our country decades ago..

The problem about instability we have right now and probably a problem on the near future wether we are parliamentary or presidential system is the tendency to do illegal or extra legal means to solve a political problem.

Like these so called people power crap thought it successfully remove power hungry MArcos it proves until now that the way and means to remove him is not worth it. And so in the case of immoral Erap many people despise him as president and so another people power mob coup crap.

This people power coup shit mentality must be stopped now, the military should know that its not in there level anymore to do something in a political problem. they should learned from the past look at edsa coup part one they participants are heroes at that time but in the next few year they will be demons and again in the next decade they will be heroes again and as the cycle of a people power crap demons again, i mean some of the heroes of edsa shit 1 or 2 could be demons of today look at fromer Pres Aquino and relatives and company today reduce to mere destibilers or coup plotters.or the like of this gringo crap hero on edsa 1 but a demon on or before edsa 2 and 3.

No one has the monopoly on righteousness especially in politics not even history or textbooks yours acts or your definition could be change.

Thought she might have benefited from this mob coup despicable act in the past it's irrelevant now erap fall is his own weakling undoing it's a good thing she stood her ground firmly and defended the office of the president against another lame edsa shit.

And all those political accusations and problems should be resolve finally by courts and by the book the legal way.

You speak of action that should be done by the book and yet the person you refer to doesn't even follow the constitution she swore to protect hence she's gonig to change it. If things were done by the book she wouldn't be in Malacañang anymore, heck things would have been cleared right now.

Arroyo and Marcos shares the same goal "POWER" but the big difference between them is that Marcos has done some of his part as President [Agrarian Reforms, Road projects] where as Arroyo well need to say more about her? What she had been doing is transparent and as you can see she's been amending laws just to protect herself from being questioned.

Hate to rain in your parade but I don't think he's to be blame for what the country is going through right now, he carries two persona why the public voted him last 1998 Presidential Election One him being popular as a former movie actor second his record as a mayor of san juan. And Corruption didn't start when he was elected it came before he became President. And you can't just point your finger at the voters, even if that person is not the one they choose, that person will do whatever it takes to be elected and sit in the office. And besides some of them believes on their false promises specialy those whe are in need.

when do you think it started and who do you think started it? The answer lies in history, did it begun during Marcos era? that question remains to be seem since he is not the first president of our country, corruption became worst and transparent when Cory Aquino became president. But the very person who started and initiate that wrong doing lies in history.
