Plate number problem?

Good am to all. I need your inputs on this.

I bought a honda fit with Mindanao plate from a "known" importer here sa cebu
The problem is the plate number i'm using is not uploaded sa LTO pa coz dugay daw gi upload sa taga LTO, as what they claimed.

Temporary plate lang ang naka print sa C.R. with hand written Mindanao Plate.
so, when i checked the Mindanao plate using LTO text 2600, no record found ang mindanao plate but ang ako temporary plate ang uploaded..

so what i did was installed the temp plate and transfered the 2011 sticker sa temp..

once incident, gi para ko ug check point sa v.rama and was told by the LTO agent nga pwede daw ma impound ang sakyanan kay dugay na daw kaayo gi gamit nya temp plate lang gihapon

called up the manager sa importer, they told me use the mindanao plate lang..

question is.. illegal man na mag gamit ug plate nga wala sa documents right?
and what are my options here?
i uli ang sakyanan?

i was also offered by a friend engaged in the same business sa importer to pay 16k and siya na daw mo process sa permanent plate coz considered daw ug no record pa ang ako sakayanan and CEBU plate pud daw iya i issue nako.

should i go with this?

need help lang jud ko mga guys.

TS, adto sa LTO nya ipa upload na imo plate aron wla nka blema kay kana imo temp. dakpon jud ka basta wala kay authorization gikan sa LTO, dapat naa jud ka dala2x nga authorize to use temporary plate gikan sa LTO.....

natural wala jud na record sa LTO kay wala pana ma upload.......

ipa upload rana bro.. just go to LTO bayad raka ug around 3-5h pesos ana para ila dayon i upload.
