mine is green. 1st gen tho. haven't seen anyone else with this color around. i've seen one gold and one blue tho...

i'm really interested in seeing a 2nd gen ipod mini. any of you guys have one? how does it compare to the 1st gen's color?

i'm an audio freak! i change the eqaulizers of my stereo evertime i use it until i get the right treble and bass! i use the "rock" EQ for my ipod mini coz i have a lot of loud songs, it's just a shame that using the EQ drains the batt big time. of course i consider sound quality. the ipod's in particular blew me away the first time i listened to it. even my dad, who's very particular when it comes to audio, praised the ipod mini. battery life tho, the 1st gen sucks. that's why i'm selling mine and getting a 2nd gen, blue probably because my green ipod doesnt get that much attention, hehe. the ipod mini is very pleasing to the eye, but i didn't buy it for looks alone. i canvassed for over a month to check which mp3 player would i get the most out of. it's just a shame that i overlooked the 2nd generation ipod mini's...

audio freaks dont use equalizer. they prefer flat with good pair of cans.

You said you didn't buy it for the looks but your thinking of getting a
2nd gen blue one cause the green isn't getting that much attention.

hhehe, i do contradict myself a lot of times in a sentence without me knowing it. but honestly, i'm selling my ipod mini because of its batt life. and my main purpose for buying an ipod is to listen my fave punk songs on the go. i do like showing it off, but again that's not the main reason why i bought the ipod. everything peachy now? hehe

i forgot the brand...my dad took it with him to leyte...but for my ipod i just the use the one that comes with it. i know its not quite as good compared to the upscale headphones out there but its compact and i don't have a lot of cash left, hehe. can you recommend any good earphones tho? does altec lansing sell earphones?
