TP Link problem during setup

Mao ni ang situation, I'm staying in a condo nga naay FREE internet and decided to buy a router para magkaduna ug wifi nga connection ang place kay wired ang connection and isa ra sad ka PC ang maka connect.

Problem:
Nipalit ko ug TP Link TL-WR841N Router, ni-try ko'g setup karon pero di jud mugana if i-set to dynamic ang WAN, naa man to'y 3 ka mapilian: Dynamic, Static and PPPoE.

Pa help ko ninyo please.

set router IP to ip range by ur existing internet connection
disable DHCP
connect existing internet cable to any LAN ports on router(not on WAN)
