Ilisig heatsink. or try buying the thermal paste. thats the paste connecting the processor to the heatsink. it could also be a virus or software-related. daghan man possibilities.

before doing anything else, go to BIOS setup and let the pc idle for awhile.. if nothing happens, then it could probably be a software issue (but doesnt necessarily mean hardware is ok). there are a lot of system restart variations and they have different solutions.

Swetat, if that's the case, it is possible that you computer is infected with a virus. Do you have an antivirus software installed? If you have, just upate virus definition of it and then scan your computer in Safe mode. I hope this will resolve your problem.
