Companies should always consider the salary of their employees not their own profit for the employees are the one's keeping them alive.

but if u always consider the salary of the employees not their own profit how can a company survive in the of crisis like now.. if u gona force a company to raise the salary expect the company to lay off some employees or shut down..

.. here's the thing with these conglomerate cheesebums, they dont raise salaries or if they do they shed off employees for the sole reason of LESS profit. Have you heard GANSI SA GINANCYA. The companies are having profit but they want MORE. They are gaining 7 out of 10 but they want to get 10/10, greedy.

dili man na sa gansi sa ginansya.. if the labor decides to increase the salary how about the company how are losing money mo close jud sila.. they cant support the increase. i dont think karon na days mo think ang company of ginansya.. companies are thinking of surviving.. china is gaining all the export.. ang gud tawn i.stop ang increase na mo maayo man ang service sa tao if mo dako ila sweldo but not now kay lisud ato economy..

nindot unta if salaries will be raised but i'm afraid some small companies will be forced to shut down if that will happen.
