If you know the answers to these questions:

1.) Pila diay ang monthly ani to pay sa bank?
2.) What's the name of the bank?
3.) Kailangan ni siya cash jud?
4.) Maybe we can work out a deal? If someone is interested but does not have the P3M cash, is it possible that the interested party will pay the amount (that this loan is behind) and then continue paying for the monthly obligation, then installment payment to the real owners? I mean kun ma-repo sa bank, the owner will lose the house and will not get anything...

Pictures would be nice too.

Details such as floor area, how many storey, year the house was built, and if possible, map sa location (google) as well as drawing sa neighboring landmarks.

1.5M na loan sa bank nya wala jud na bayari
naabot og 1.9M ang bayranan. Ma forclosed ni dec 15.
Cash jud. baligya nalang og barato gani apil na sa capital gain.
ang bank name kay bdo...sayang lagi kaau kung dili mahalin....

Sayang ani oi.... even just for the lot area at P3M, great deal na siya (considering the location).
Plus 7 bedrooms pa jud... even if the house is a fixer-upper.

Basically, the owners are asking P3M, (P1.9M sa loan), accept na lang sila P1.1M.
Ana jud na basta ma-behind sa monthly obligation, added pa penalties.... if the bank says, 'out' -there's nothing else to do.
I hope they can still ask the bank for more time. Kung ma-repo, the owners are not going to get a dime, (forget the P1.1M).

I'll try to make some calls. Very tight man kaayu when this ad was posted, very busy season kayu.

I can already see the bank will turn around, fix it up, then sell it up to P14M (depending on the improvements).

Anyway up up up up! I feel bad for the family who will lose their home. I am sure they have poured so much money into this house.... and to lose everything. Hopefully, naa miracle!
