about my replaced ST50F

heres the thing...
more than 3 months ago my Version 1 St50F was replaced by FU guys (which was great of them btw)
they replaced my version 1 to ST50F version 3
i installed it immediately upon arriving...
as i pressed ON on that power button
my PC would not even boot up
the green LED would just stay lit but no booting process happen.
the power light indicator on my AOC e2236 stays orange (Standby mode) since no booting process happend...

i somehow figured out that once the Power light indicator on my LCD turns BLUE, i would simply restart my PC ( i have to wait almost 15 minutes or more before it turns BLUE)
then the PC would boot Normally after that.

the problem is, everytime i would play games like Mass Effect 2, NFS shift and other graphically intense games after several minutes, my LCD would go black, PC would Freeze then ultimately crashes. i had to restart my pc again, then wait for LCd indicator to turn Blue from orange, then restart again to boot normally

could it be that My Videocard is defective already OR my replaced powersupply could no longer handle the videocard once it starts to draw more power from graphically intense parts of the Videogame.

i decided to remove my GPU suspecting that it could be the problem. once removed, PC would run normally, but no more videogames and that sux!!

if it happens to two different psu's,then it could be your video card failing...

i still got the 9800GTX... one problem is, i could not even test other PSU// gpu to verify!

if naa'y onboard imong mobo, ad2 sa daw i try imong monitor ug connect, see if it would boot faster...unsa d i specs nimo bay? tingali'g daghan kau kaw ug gi supply-yan na peripherals

from my experience, lcd going black while heavy gaming was due to the PSU not being able to give enough power. however, i was using a GENERIC psu at that time. ur psu is definitely NOT generic. if you could call the shop where u bought ur PSU and try out another ST50F, i think you could resolve the issue. If it works with another, new ST50F, then it is the PSU, if it still has the same problems, try testing one with a higher wattage (if mosugot cla), see if the same problem persists, if it's still there, it might be the VC, but i could still be wrong, it might be your board also considering the boot up problem that you have.
