Theoritically bro, ang maximum length jud na wala pai attenuation sa signal sa UTP is 100m. So, meaning 40 is half way thru, naa jud problem sa imo configuration dha. Post your setup configuration bro para matabangan ka.

Smart Wi-fi------------Router------------------PC1 - already have an internet connection.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------PC2 - no internet connection.

I also try my 40m UTP cable in my dsl line.....In my dsl line I have a direct connection on the Internet...my connection is this:

    dsl modem-----------------switch--------------------------PC1,PC2,PC3 etc....

I try to connect it to the switch going to PC1 but then nothing happens....

bai e check ang crimp.. kay sa una mao sad ni ako problema, 30 meters ako cable then di ma detect, nag bayad pako sa pc express pa crimp, i tot guba ako router, pag pa check nako balik sa lain store, sayop diay pag crimp sa pc express (way au), kay lahi man ang crimp sa less than ten meters and 10 meters to 100 meters. ipa check ang crimping..

Unsa man diay lain paagi pag crimp sa 10M ug sa 100M nga UTP? Unsa man style connection? gibutangan tingali ninyo HUB gikan sa ROUter? Ang ako gikan wifi, sulod router dayon 40Meter UTP diretso sa LAN card. Igo lang madetect ang connection pero dili ka access internet. Duha ra man ako nahibaw-an pag crimp! Straightthru ug cross? Naa pa diay lain?
