I have a used iPhone from Korea but can't seem to have it detected by the computer. I am basically trying to activate it and but the computer just can't seem to detect it. It doesnt charge through usb either. What's weird is that it charges when plugged to the wall outlet using the same usb cable. Likewise, I have another iPhone which works perfectly fine using the same usb cable.
Your inputs are greatly appreciated. What do you guys recommend that I do? Does anybody know how to fix it? Can the Apple Store help me?

Have you tried using a different computer? Your best bet would be to take it to an Apple Store to have it looked at.

Yup. Still the same on another computer. I have the latest version of iTunes installed. I have sought help from someone who activates using OneSim but with no luck either. I will drop by the Apple Store this weekend.
