I'm a little confuse. Finding happiness back? I would assume that would be your former partner? Or you broke up and you try to search for the specifics that made you happy even before he/she arrive in your life? Can you at least elaborate please? My brain's lagging.

being happy is a choice, so if you really want to be happy then you, yourself knew how to find happiness back.

dli bya parihas tanang people. we live on different situations, so different sad ang nga ways in how we find happiness back. agree?

making my self busy..as in busy...engage in any activity..like playng console or any pc games.....
