Default Japanese citizens turning in cash found in tsunami zone

Japanese citizens turning in cash found in tsunami zone.

Japanese citizens turning in cash found in tsunami zone - CNN.com

With the kind of society and the kind of citizens and the kind of economic conditions we have in this country, this sort of thing will never happen in the Philippines within 50 years (maybe more).

It saddens me to think of how the Filipinos are so proud of being devout Christians and Muslims, yet we pale in comparison to this humble gesture of the Japanese. Kudos to them. If our nation would just clean up its act, I wouldn't have left for greener pastures.
