Depends on where you are going and the breed of the dog. There is no need for a passport. What they mean by passport is merely a booklet or binder with all your dogs documents, i.e. health certification, vaccinations, etc. Make sure you research the country as some of them like the U.K. and even in the state of Hawaii, there is a quarantine of up to six months when your dog/s enter the country. Do you research very well because the Philippines is a country with active rabies and so other countries like the U.S. that doesn't have rabies cases and the U.K. they are much stricter. As to the breed, you have to research whether the country has any breed specific legislation, for example ban on pit bulls, rottweilers, dobermans, etc... So please check first. You can get these informations from the Consulate of the country you intend to go to. Good luck.

Mix breed of what? if mix breed pit bull or mga bully breeds, you still have to be careful. Naa cases sa U.S. like in Denver and Dade County (Florida) and in Ontario, Canada, where if it looks like a pit bull they will confiscate the dog and kill it. I do know that sa Hong Kong ban ang mga pit bulls, that is why when I moved from the U.S. to Cebu with my three pit bulls I bypassed Hong Kong cuz I didn't trust the existence of the law and take a risk with my dogs. Sa U.S. other breeds are also banned like Rottweilers depende what state. Research is key.
