We are selling our lot in Golden Meadows Subd. Brgy Gabi, Cordova, Cebu. The subdivision itself is very nice to live. This lot is one of the biggest lots you can get in this subd. This is clean titled lot.

Total area is 336 sqm and we are selling at Php4,500.00 per sqm or total Php1,512,000.00 (just post offers, slightly negotiable). The current selling price in this subdivision is Php5,00.00 to 6,000.00 per sqm. The lot is interior but it has a right of way which only this lot uses.

RFS: We dont have plans anymore to build house here since we have already house in Mabolo.
