can anyone help me with my problem regarding my BB storm2.i cant use the wifi neither cant browse the net.what should i do?does anyone know how to fix it?please help me mga bro and sis.

when i bought this one from a certain member here in istorya,i think this is his username or kinda like this "c_cerbecus" with a pilot thingy profile pic.he said that if ill be having problems with my wifi,ill just go to "Ecentral" in Century plaza right beside Mango square.but when i went there,nobody knows how to fix it.please help me out guys.
