bisan 10sec. ra ang video ang file size perti dakoa abot daun 200mb unsa pa kaha if minutes na 1gb+++.

My video files from fraps are AVI Format and 1360 x 768 resolution.

I have programs SONY VEGAS & Some video converters but some tutorials I've search from google and youtube are confusing and makes me download infinite applications na perti raba kalisod panggamiton.
