Keyboard layout: German ['z' and 'y' are interchanged..., etc...]

-> estimated of almost 1year in my care [bought as 2nd hand]
-> with scratches here and there
-> with Windows XP Home License
-> intel chipset: MOBO and GPU
-> VGA out, S-Video out
-> mic IN, audio IN, audio OUT [mixed with S/PDIF "Digital"]
-> modem port, firewire port 1x, USB 3x, PCMCIA port 1x, Express Card port 1x
-> SD Card Reader port [may be damaged as it was inserted reverse by my kid]

No other KNOWN problems except:
Issues: There are 4lines on the screen [3 on the left and 1 on the right]
