    Default Newbie Judex

Guys kinsay naka transact ninyo aning judex? i think this newbie is around sometime here in istorya. weve made a deal nga il buy his videocard, im looking for an 128mb 128bit agp vcard, and kept mentioning it in my texts. he texted me before the model number of the videocard, but i got no ample time to research for the specs, since work ko and paspas amo transaction, so everything was left up to trust and confidence.

After the sale, i ran a gpu z to check the specs of the videocard, it says ATI RADEON 9200, 128MB, 64BIT <guys pls check if my obervation if its right, its 128mb, 64bit right?> (I AM PARTICULAR W/ THE BIT RATE SINCE THIS CARD WILL BE USED FOR OLD SCHOOL GAMING) so its not the specs that i should have bought. Sad thing is i txted him and kept calling his number but just kept ringing like nobody is around <which validates my doubt that he is completely aware of what hes doing>. So i would like to ask you guys if you have in any way know the whereabouts of this guy. By the way he sold the wrong vcard to me for 500 with one week warranty.

any info would be appreciated, thanks daan.

In the first place, compatibility is buyer responsibility.

sayop sa buyer nganong wla gi check daan...maybe dli sab aware ang seller if 128bit ba ang video card,
basta kahibaw cya nga 128mb size na,then the seller offers you it, then you agree without checking from references or asking anybody...

he is not answering the fon:
    maybe guba ang ringer...
or gi dedma lng ka niya
    or nag likay,

THEN did you ask for any personnal warranty?
have you ask another contact info?
    have you ask his name?

DO NOT BUY AN ITEM in a dinalian WaY unless you know everything already...

and the Last message: sakto c psyche54 nga don't transact with newbie....

wla ko mangasaba, naka experience pud ko ani nga mahasol ta sa atong pinalit...

yes compatibility is buyers responsibility. does that mean the seller can make fraudelent statements on the items he is selling? the issue is not compatibility, the vcard is compatible with my pc, the issue is the bit is lower than what he is claiming. I mentioned several times that what i need is 128mb 128bit agp on our negotiations, which he is also confirming. I am a working buddy so i dont have the luxury of time to scrutinize google to search the specifics of the item, all i said to him is it should be 128mb 128bit agp, and i dont care about the rest.

------------naguba ang ringer right after the sale?
------------y man gi deadma ko niya aftr the sale? nga interactive man xa before
-------------does he need to make likaw to me?

THEN did you ask for any personnal warranty?
have you ask another contact info?
have you ask his name? posted by tongyong

---------------i asked one week warranty and sugot xa
--------------i communicate with one number to him only
--------------his real name is Jude, and i forgot his last name

--------->ive done several transactions sa istorya and it turn out well. I know what item ive bin looking bro, all i need is 128mb 128bit agp, i dont care about the brands, etc.

and the Last message: sakto c psyche54 nga don't transact with newbie....
---------> the guy sounded decent the way he communicates, i gave him the chance.

wla ko mangasaba, naka experience pud ko ani nga mahasol ta sa atong pinalit
--------->yes i know wala ka nangasaba, and its not necessary nga mangasaba, we have to share our views here since we are one community here. i feel bad sa imong experience, so its a good reason we have to help one another since we have experienced the same.

all i need here is someone who could share some info where to locate this guy, and warn my fellow istoryan to be careful in transacting with this person.

by the way, i am not a very techy person, i consulted our systems administrator sa office and he really confirm nga its 64bit based on the gpu z screenshot.
