my friend is a med rep and he's assigned in Manila right now. Dunno about the compensation pero stressed au siya pirmi tungod sa quote. hinuon newbie paman sad siya.

sis/bro, depende na sa pharma imo g applyan if u apply multi company mag start gyud 12k plus allowance then pag local lang naa siguro sa 8-10k ang starting plus allowance. before ka ma medrep u have to undergo a rigid training sa ilang mga products... Some of the companies will shoulder all the training expenses then some pud companies dili mo shoulder. it takes 2 weeks to 1month ang training then dapat mo pass sa exam and revalida. this job u have to be flexible and willing to be assign any part of phils... sa case nako before na swertehan na assigned ug cebu kay vacant man pud. ga enjoy ko sa akong pag ka medrep for 6years pud... my first company was multi company akong g promote ato kay mga allegies products ug cardio.. sa akong 2nd company kay local but bigatin pud coz i'm promoting a contraceptives so dili pud lisud e promote... kana depende ra gyud na sa company ug products na emo ma handle. then pina ka importante sa tanan ang monthly, quartely ug yerly QUOTA kay diri ka mag based sa imong work performance.. pag di ka ka quote atleast once lang ma question gyud imong performance sa work... for me basta mo make lang ug effort/rapport sa mga doctors dili man lisud e hit ang target... i love field work gyud kay ako man gud mag buot sa akong time... hehehehhehehehe.... i hope maka help nimo akong experienced before as medrep.. good luck
