Reading VECO bill

Hi Guys!.

I'm a new poster to this forum though I find this site very useful to many people including me, I use this site as source of a lot information as well as I want to share some things that I know to. For now I'll be the one asking for help to you guys so please bear with me.

I'm currently having trouble reading my VECO bill, it's not that I don't understand it but I just want to fully understand it. If anyone could give me a lift, and give me a detailed (as in, how were they able to come up with such computation, and how will we "Customers" understand it through there detailed bill) explanation on how to read the VECO bill I would really appreciate it. It would be a great help.
