I always thought it was return to manufacturer something anyway..
What its a rare thing for the end user to actually send the defective item directly to the manufacturer as the retail store where you bought the item from is usually incharge of the warranty for the item.
product/model: Motherboard - Jetway N2PAP 400
problems encountered: Dead
pc shop: PC Quickbuys
replacement period: 1 month and 1 month (maybe, forgot already)
additional remarks: 1st replacement was a used board with scratches, so I asked for a brandnew replacement, that explains the two 1 months above.
OT:
actually it stands for "Return Merchandise Authorization"
Thank God I haven't had to do any RMAing so far. It usually is a pain in the neck.
