Pajero RPM Gauge Problem

Kinsa naa idea unsa problem sa rpm gauge sa pajero, surplus, kay sometimes is works but mostly not.

i observed this sa mga surplus na pajero, this is my 2nd surplus pajero and same problem with the previous one.

i doubt gauge ang daut kay everything is working man except for the rpm, and this is my second paj with the same problem.

any ideas mga boss?
