    Default Memxpress ayala (hokus????)


    I had my SE K850i checked at ayala memxpress last june 4 since they carry the sony ericsson service center. Sad to say, the technician after a day of diagnosis partially gave a motherboard problem. HE said he already upgraded the software still not fixed, he changed LCD still not fixed. my unit powers up but could not boot succesfully and theres no display. My unit was then brought to manila at their main office for thorough diagnosis by more experienced technician and the one reason is the availability of spares. they promised to send the unit back within 3-4 weeks here in cebu. so, for me that was all right just to have my unit fixed. unfortunately, sony ericsson manila informed me to prepare 12k for the motherboard replacement. I ask them if wala naba talaga magawa sa motherboard kasi 1 month palang saken. That was really it. 12k no discounts whatsoever. So i decided to pull out my unit since its too expensive. After 1 and half month my unit finally arrrived. Due to big doubts, I then go to audionet to take the little chance thinking it was really a motherboard problem. It was really frustrating to know that my cel hd no problem at all aside from its software. Audionet technician just give me 10min ang my fone was doing fine.


    DI BA TINONTO?? WHAT DO U THINK? SA SONY ERICSSON NA ABLI AKO FONE. ILA GIPANGTANG2x Yet the problem is just the software..GIpamutangan pa ug seal ang mga screws... HOW INCOMPETENT TECHNICIANS? WAKE UP!!!!!!!

    Kalagot kaayo... with 10 minutes, naabot pa ako unit sa manila 1 1/2 month...imagine what they have done?

    ana jud nah.. nya naa kay nagasto? sus.. pabayari jud to... esp if dako kag nagasto..

    1 month pa imong phone nya ingon ana na kagua na kailangan ug ilis parts

    hmmmmmmm..... something's fishy.. d ko mu tuo.. pa ayo cell phone abot ug 12K..?

    binuang man na oi.. dusliti na ilang opisina

    if i were you, pakauwawan nimu cla..samot na tong technician nila!!!og ako pa naa sa imo situation, kamuritsing jud clas kauwaw...paabta na sa ilang head or manager oi!!!grabeh ra kaayo ila gibuhat oi, unless ang manager usa pud sa nag tinonto!!!

    wow! maygani kay wala ka ni give up... and thank you for sharing your experience so that other istoryan members can watch out from getting their phones fixed in that store... maybe they were trying to ripped you off on buying a new motherboard... maygani wala ka na dala...

    sus i just know now nga ako pud diay cousin at this time pending pa iya cel to.a pud sa manila kay motherboard sad problem sony ericsson gihapon. ako jud giingnan ipa pull-out nlng. Beware of this! Ang problem mangud kay di ta kasalig sa uban pud nga repair shop coz they are not the authorized service center. This is a major consequence jud. ambot ug unsaon ni pag resolve. Shocking kaayo di nila maayo unya naayo sa lain nga ordinary technician ra igo ra gi installan ug new software. sakit kaayo huna-hunaon mga incompetent nga mga technician or basin naa jud sila rocket ani sa sulod.. pila kaha ila porsyento if mag ilis ug board....heheheh... basta karon bantay nlng mo... ingon gani mo motherboard prob... try sa uban....

    paita... mportante jud dli lang mutuo daun sa mga technician....

    ako unta kasab-an ug ayo kaso daghan kaayo customer sa sulod... im not also the type of a scandalous person. so, ako nlng gipakita ug gisultihan next time nga pagtarung sa ila serbisyo. daghan na siguro sila gi ingon ani. i told them to beware kay makasugat nya sila ug maldita basin ipa police pa sila.. dili kay kwarta sa customer ang ila apason...
