need help my RPM so high

Good day mga istoryans, need your info`s about the RPM of my 94 Mitsubishi lancer glxi,taas kaayo iya rpm everytime e on iya aircon mo abot good ug 2 ang rpm,as what ive heard guba daw ang servo is that true? hope madala rani ug adjust or tune up.thanx.

Kung tinuod man galing na nga guba, pwede ra na nimo pulian ug laing valve like kanang sa toyota, just plug your non-working servo aron di na maagian ug hangin, adto lang sa bag-ong valve ipaagi. This way di ra mabuslot imong bulsa. Pero kung mas ganahan gyud ka ug orig nga parts which will do the same job and will eventually come to the same situation nga maguba, pwede ra pud ka mopalit pero expect ug dako nga gastohan.
