will Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit key work on 64bit version?

naa man gud koy nakitan na barato na win 7 ultimate pero 32bit ra ang dvd..was thinking of buying it then DLing an iso of the 64bit version na lang..do you guys think it will work? sayang man gud pud mag win7 then 32bit ra diay gihapon..

All legitimate copies of Windows 7 have both versions and use the same keys.
