It really depends if you are good. Im a recent CompE grad from USC and here in our company, you could go to abroad (to our head branch overseas) after a year. It really depends if you have the skills.

If you are not really good in advanced mathematic subjects and programming jud imo after I'll advise comp sci na lng or I.T. but if IT-Hardware pud imo target pag-ECE na lang.
