    Thumbs down Save More but Stress More?


    Last Wednesday afternoon, nag grocery ko sa Save More Parkmall kuyog akong kids.Pag padung nako line sa cashier mo bayad, nangutana ko sa bakante nga cashier kung pwde ba bayad didto kay wa man sila customer. Ni balibad ang duha ka counter kay mga SM Priviledge card holders ug Senior citizens ra daw ila i entertain. Perti jud nako pagka dissapointed kay perti na nako kapoya kugos akong baby natulog unya duso pa akong cart puno groceries sakay akong usa pa ka child na sleepy napud. Ang uban lines sa tanan cashier perteng taasa...nya dili man lang sila mo accommodate?

    Where is the cusotmer service na ila gi pang hambug? Sakto ba na pasagdan lang nila mag antos uban customers bisag naa man unta bakante cashiers pwde maka entertain..balibaran jud nila ang mo hangyo kay kato ra jud na mga customers ila entertain. What about the rest of the customers, mo bayad ra man sad mi...Murag wala ra pud taga-i ug importansya. And if naa nag linya didto, i would understand. But ga tanga lang sila walay customer and ang uban lines perteng taasa dili namn lang sila mo try and be flexible to accommodate?

    Ako ask asa ila manager to complain kay murag wala man mabuhat to ila mga staff but follow their "POLICY". Wala jud mo atubang nako ila manager. The more ko na suko kay dili man lang tagaan ug importansya ang akong reklamo. Tungod ani hitabo a na wagtangan na akong gana sa ila pag patronize sa ilahang service.

    I hope they will look into this matter and adjust their "POLICY" to be more flexible and identify the customers real need, instead of employing lots of staff to stand and smile at the customers. We would appreciate "Real help when we badly need it".

    Ok raman sa SM mabolo sis kay naka try ko daghan au nagpalit ba then halus puno jud ang mga cashier lanes then ang bakante rajud ang Senior Citizen/SM priviledge nga lane...then ni duol raman ko unya iya rapud gi process ang akong gipamalit.... giingnan ra ko sa cashier if naay senior citizen mam ha, sila lang atong unahon... ni tando rapud ko

    mao ni problema nato... naa nay policy, mo-reklamo kung i-implement...

    that policy is a mandate to have a separate lane for senior citizens...

    mam, i know nga reklamador pod ka sa atong goberno, like ALL of us not in the government, but when will we start the change (kunohay) ?
    kung ikaw nag-linya sa taas i-butang nato sa LTO, nya naay nikalit ug cut or sulod sa linya, di kaha ka mo-palag?

    sorry to tell you pero mag-linya gani ko sa SM nya naay mo-linya sa senior citizen nga dili senior citizen, akong ipa-basa nila ang SIGNAGE ug ingnan ang cashier...

    pero wa gud tao didto na nakalinya
    para nako ok ra unta ila na i accomodate labi ng puerte busy sa mga regular na cashiers
    but if nay mo line na senior citizens or kung unsa pa na dapat didto mo line, mao to ilang unahan
    wa man sya mo cut kay wa man nakalinya didto, wa man siya na agrabyado, so ok ra unta dapat

    ok ra unta mo-consider sila nimo miss kay naglisod mn gyud ka ato...wala mn kaha milinya nga senior adtong higayona? tsk...tsk...

    lainag style. haha. mayg permi naay senior citizen nga d man sad. mura ra gud ug front seat sa jeepney. dapat i vacate kung naay disabled passenger. nya if wala pwede raman ka mo lingkod, ingon ana lang pod unta ang linya. entertain ug lain, pero kung naay senior/privilege holder aw mo padaplin lang gud nya sila lang sa paunahon. pero kato unta nga wa gyuy tao! GRABEH SAD!? lol

    Although I get your point about the counters not servicing any customers for the moment, I also know that had the personnel accommodated your request, other customers will also follow.

    Damage control ra pod siguro to na di sila musugot, TS. I don't think stores are asking that much from us. Their policy is to ensure orderliness in the transactions (bahala na hinay and kapoy, basta husay). Next time, don't bring your kids nalang. I usually do my shopping at SM too, but I've conditioned my mind to withstand the long queues.
