unsa'y maayo, una e apply ang business permit or start ug business then apply permits? what if ang imong business ma bankrupt in less than one year, like wala nay mu finance, bantay, etc... mag padayon japon ta bayad ani sa BIR?

bro based sa akong na-experience pwede ra ka mag-start ug business even though wala pa ka business permit.Ang siguro lang ug kuha is barangay clearance to operate in your area.Then if you have it, pwede na ka mag-start sa imo business.Initially business permit is required jud dayon like what you said nga what if ma-bankrupt.The govt will usually give us an observation period of about 6 months.Then if business clicks, its time to get the permit.

If you are going to get the business permit in your municipality, try to inquire on the BMBE type of permit.It is Barangay MicroBusiness Enterprise.It is tax free as long as your capital doe not exceed 5 million pesos.Some businesses are using this even in the cities.Before you will inquire for the BMBE, search the net on its guidelines and laws.Mas maayo imo i-print out kay ang atong mga BIR offices, mo deny on this govt program.

BRAd the first thing you will do, REgister yout business name first at DTI.. and the rest will follow..
