    napa daghan ani pero kani lang sa.. e click rana para mo enlarge..ty
    Eat healthy foods and specially fruits..
    naa daghan ani topic ako nabasan diri before search alng..

    ikaw jud d i ang preggy sis? kita ko sa imo post sa relationships, hehe..

    pa prenatal daun sis para mka-recommend na ang OB sa imong imnon na milk and vitamins.. para healthy imo baby

    increase ur dietary allowance since duha namu saimu baby, nutritous foods of course , dont smoke , no alcoholic beverages, wear comfortable dress to promote proper circulation dont wear tight dress .. when u are lying on bed,, it should be left side lying,,, again for proper circlation... and do exercise, ...like pelvic rock, kegles exercise... ^^
