how often do you change the water sa aquarium?

on my 35 gal planted aquarium, 30% waterchange after every 2 weeks. or 3 weeks pa if busy. LOL

with a good filtration system twice a month at 30%
but if im very lazy i do 50% once a month provided ur raising quite hardy fishes and doesn't get affected with abrupt water changes.
