in terms of:

- working environment.
- compensation
- office politics.
- benefits.
- programming language they are using..
- nature of products
- size of the company

i'm from MorphLabs and i'm proud to be 1 of them ... Nice kaau bro!
I don't know about Exist cause i haven't acquaint with them since i started
Working Environment= "work at your convenient time" meaning super flex but you need to have deliverables as well.
Compensation = better or even higher compared to other .... depends on your skills and experience.
office politics = just observe it when you're accepted. You'll probably enjoy it.
benefits = much much more...and i'll give you 1 once you get regularize... (IPO ...stocks)
programming language = mainly ROR and some Java.
nature of products = SaaS (just search it to Mr. Google)
size of the company = Currently we're just 25 enough for that small office but we're growing this year.

Exist is quite big already like 60++

I'de been to 3 companies already as 1 of thier pioneers ... but wla man ko kadungog ug nanira bro.
i've been to 1&1 and CyberTech ... now i'm here @ morphLabs ... ok kaau bro..basta lang
nindut ang management ... sakto ang capital and there's a goal for everything ... We're on IT industry.
there's a demand so we supply for thier needs . btw, we're SaaS (Software as a Service) company and
Exist is our Sister company ... they do Outsourcing jobs.

@silent-kill - bro ... yup .. naghiring cla ug PHP dev before coz there's a project nga web dev site gamit pHP kay wla na cla time daw to convert it into .rhtml (rails apps) and fortunately i was chosen last year to do doing it. I thought lisud mao raman diay to ... then ang plan nila kay emigrate ko to RoR ..Now, rOR training ko ron...
