I tried already booting up using winxp installer but to no avail. Ok ra ang password sa bios bro pro ang password sa hdd mismo ang na lock. I am done already installing OS/softwares on it only that i am curious about the new feature nga pwede ma mabotangan password lock ang hard disk so i tried putting a password on it but unfortunately it locked up. It won't boot up unless i gave the correct password. I called thinking tools then their technical guy suggests i need to buy a new hard disk which i think it isn't the solution.

Whenever i turn on my laptop it asks for the hard disk password then at a number of times of failure input passwords it looks for a hard disk unlock key...

contact ang manufacturer bro basin naa sila generic na unlock code.. try lang..

bro, akoy unlocked, pm me.

Contact technical support of Acer or nearest Acer store/dealer. You can not unlock the hdd password unless you reset the chip.
