if u mean best mobo as in di maguba, murag wa gyud mobo di maguba, guba man gane to evga x58 na mahal na to.

Well budget is a good point, but lets talk about other aspects sad , like features , offcourse what u mentioned reliability, firms being innovative to offer a first among other companies, spacing ( don't want to cramp your mobo), easier lines with the back end ie bios etc .... so on...

And with budget in mind , there are others that also save to have some of the more expensive hardware for a lot of things ...
