i do have a friend who collect nendoroids. like my collections (gundam, etc.), she buys them online. wala man gud nindot nga offers ngari for nendoroids. no idea on bootlegs though.

Hadlok ko mo palit online bro kay basin bootleg (fake) nya, naa biya uban mag-post ug picture sa original nya ig deliver nimo fake.

as for my friend, i'll ask her aha cya mu-order ug baratohon ug ORIG nga nendoroids. if i remember (naka-visit nko sa ilang website before), they sell hard-to-find items. barato kay naa na'y scratches and dents ang box but the item is still in mint condition.

you can register any credit card through paypal. kung debit card, it's unionbank eon ang mugana.

Also, you can do a Google search about Paypal. I use it too and have not had any problems with them. The Paypal site also has a lot of FAQs that could help you. Good luck in your Nendoroid collection.
