My cousin has 3-bedroom house in Lahug, which is for rent at P15T per month (unfurnished), different rate/s for semi-furnished and furnished. It has a 1-car garage and also accessible to public transpo. I would just like to ask what you mean by "place should not be noise sensitive". I also texted you, so you can reply here or thru text if you want to view the place. I might not be able to post pictures right away.
