    Default tambal sa low blood or anemic


    mga brah unsa inyo ika recommend nga imnon pra sa mga anemic? akong GF anemic dali ra maglipong2x. thanks in advance mga repapips....

    Daghan klase sa anemia Bro TS..pero ang pinaka common is iron deficiency anemia (kulang sa dietary iron)

    The most common cure for this type of anemia is by simply taking iron supplement tablets (ferrous sulfate)..WARNING: do not overdose iron supplement tablets..Ok?

    You can also eat or drink iron rich foods regularly.. Examples: Malunggay, Liver, meat, shells..just google it bro, naa pay daghan.

    But TS just make sure your GF has the IRON deficiency anemia otherwise taking iron supplements won't help.

    unsa ang cause sa iyang anemia? kun sickle cell anemia, it's genetic so practically it cannot be cured with available medical technology. kun malnutrition, aw ma ayo pa kun mo kaon lag balanced diet.

    anemia is the decrease of red blood cells or low blood hemoglobin, or pwede sad decreased oxygen-binding ability of each hemoglobin; it's not low blood pressure. way mahimo ang tambok bahin ana. pwede ang tao ma anemic and at the same time hypertensive (high blood pressure).

    take ferrous sulfate but kng wlay improvement go to a doctor. maybe kulang sa rest sad or dili tig eat ug green leafy veggies..

    sagad ani kai stress pahowai ra og enaf sleep , beer , seafood's
    hilig nightlife imo gf sa murag ako sa una grabe ka anemic.

    Iron supplement ra na brah.

    Lawgi pod ug foods rich in iron like pork/chicken/beef liver, sardines, shrimp.
