-at that time, intel macbook doesnt have a mac os x recovery disc included, it is being sold separately.

hello, need some clarification...interested buyer here..

1. There is a small dents in the right palm rest: Is it on the LCD?

2. Mac OS X cd was left in the U.S. -leopard cost around 5k+: No CD, but Mac OS is installed, ayt?

3. Defects? Dead pixels?

1. your question has already been answered. - right palm rest. not in LCD screen
2. if you check the SS, yes.
3. i guess the battery needs to be replaced, not sure though. you can see an apple tech and have the unit inspected. unit has no dead pixel and performance is still the same from day 1.

additional info. unit hasn't been used for almost 6 months.
