All of the above....mu depend ra kung unsa ang situation ang akong gi react-an. kung petty stuff lang, get over it quickly. kung agrabyado jud ko, plot revenge jud dayun. if naay mag yawyaw, dayun abot na usa oras or more and balik balik ra, gapa bukal pako ana, then explode na! and there are times nga di jud mo ganahan nga masuko ko. mao sad, therapy sad na nako ang grocery or market. mamalit veggies or kanang mangadlawn sa pasil. malling sad, baha na ug way paliton. bisan ug sa colon mag lakaw lakaw, malingaw nako ana.

When the week is very stressful and extremely tiring, adto ko diretso sa Carbon during the weekend. Di ko magpauban sa bana or anak, ako lang gyud. Malingaw ko magtanaw sa mga utan nga barato (as compared to the ones sold in the grocery, although karon murag mahal-mahal na sad gamay because of the Christmas season - cauliflower which was P40-60/kg before is now P80/kg, etc.). Ambot lang, sis, mura gyud ko mahuwasan sa unsa man nakapabug-at nako emotionally basta makakita nako ug mga greens and other utan. After ko mangumpra, bilin nako mga merchandise sa trusted nga manang ug diretso ko sa Travellers para ngita ug mga DVD then adto ko sa Lumpia House para kaon Chinese Ngo Hiong or Beefsteak Sandwich. Pag-abot nako sa balay, dako na kaayo akong ngisi!
Sus, gimingaw na sad ko mangadlawon sa Pasil. I used to do it when I still had no kids. Malipay ko magtanaw sa mga isda nga gagilak-gilak. Barato pa gyud kaayo.
