I and my GF is planning to start an internet cafe business in Palompon,Leyte. Since we are still new to these things, any suggestions where I can buy the cheapest PCs(10 units) in Cebu? Can it be payed by installments?
Internet cafe owners please enlighten me on what should I do first. Thank you.
