    depending on your goal... try to eat right first... then thats the time you take supplements...

    1 tab/cap of creatine and or amino = nothing... read the label at the back.

    OT: where is that "ching palace"?

    i know i eat right. been struggling with my eating habits for more than 2 years. i think i have it down.
    my goal is just to get a sick pack. then i can die happy.

    six packs? oh man... Weight Gainers, Amino and creatine supplements wont give you six packs, they can help build mass but not lose weight...

    i would suggest you focus on your diet first.. just diet... if you can lose up 5-10lbs a month, then supplement with fat burners to increase your metabolism... and your set... in 3-5 months, you will have six packs... for sure.. but it somehow it depends on how much muscle you have and body fat percentage... do research too, and dont believe in myths...

    already lost about 80lbs total. people tell me to stop dieting because im too thin. but i think they just say that because they had something to compare me to. now i just eat in moderation with the right kinds of food. my first goal was to lose the the fat then gain muscle. i do think the only thing keeping me from my 6 pack goal is the excess skin. nonetheless. i think its improving. i can see something. just want to speed the process a little. because its taking too damn long. isnt there a resonably priced supplement for that?

    mark: are you having problems with excess skin? loose? yat yat? wala ko kasabot... try to make an estimate on your bodyfat percentage daw... i'm around 11% right now (from around 25+% dec 2k5), with this, 4 out 6 "packs" are visible... for me i still need a few more weeks to get really ripped down to 5-6%... people say i look daut with my shirt and pants on... how much do you weight? or hmm.... post here your stats daw...

    weight =
    waist line =
    leg =(quads - hams)
    arms = (bi's - tri's)
    chest - back =
    height =

    yeah slight. . but not as much as before. ang yat yat. if wa gyud sya im sure mas better tan awon. heard theres no cure but surgery. already reserched it and same results. i forgot my bodyfat percentage. visible na gamay ang 4 packs. i think. naa na pud lupyak ang sides. although i think ang left is much more emphasized.
    basically question nako if there is a supplement to help me get the 6 packs. im willing to try it.

    weight = about 138lbs.
    waist line = 30 without the excess sckin im sure its smaller.
    leg =(quads - hams) = no idea sorry
    arms = (bi's - tri's) = no idea again
    chest - back = and again
    height = around 5'7-5'8

    -=!mark!=-: you are 5'8, you have excess skin (this is the hard part, which you know already) and you are down 138lbs... for me, you dont have enough muscle for you to look better. i think you were in a hurry losing the 80lbs. and you were running a lot in your cardio exercises. The first 40-50lbs goes at least 1 year gyud unta. Enough time for your skin to stick close to your muscles. And of course, diet should be high in protein (maka tabang sa skin... somewhat flexible)... which mura not enough imo protein intake during your diet....

    Anyway, try to focus on muscle building right now... at least ma spread out ang imo loose skin... keep protein high, raise carb intake (keep it low GI and natural to keep your fat % stable as possible) twice as much as protein... start lifting heavy... minimize cardio to once a week, just walking... supplement with Vitamin E (helps healthy heart and skin), VitC, Multivitamins, calcium... also CREATINE for strength and muscle recovery and whey protein for quick muscle feeding. NO thermogenics and fat burners or even caffeine...

    weight = go as high as possible, while maintaining fat%... few steps up will be ok...
    legs = go for at least 22"
    arms = at least 16"

    ask for workout program from your local BODYBUILDER... not just an instructor...
    I have a friend who has the same problem as you sir...

    Good luck!
