It's the road after the entrance of Hilton Resort. There's a port there for island hopping or to Olanggo. Try google maps.Just type in "Hilton Cebu Resort" or you can type in these coordinates (10.31045,124.023767). Notice the long stretch of road beside the 3 buildings? That's the pathway towards the port area.
