  • Photocopy of Valid ID’s (Company ID, Passport, Driver’s License ETC)
  • Proof of Billing (Electricity, Telephone, Water Bills)


Security of Payments:


  • Post Dated Checks (PDC’s)


Requirement for Co-Maker:


  • Latest 2 x 2 Picture
  • Photocopy of 2 Valid ID’s (Company ID, SSS, Passport , Driver’s License ETC)
  • Proof of Billing (Electricity , Telephone, Water Bills)
  • Must Have Valid Contact Numbers
  • With Steady Source of Income
