bad experience with cellpod cellshop in sm

bros, today was quite a good day except when i was about to purchase a cellphone.....i was canvassing for a cheaper price in sm city cyberzone area....i went from store to store to look for a bit cheaper price...

cellphone i choose to buy was a samsung champ duos....price range was between 3750-3950.....but i was a bit shock when i went to cellpod.....saying it was on sale.....

the price was 5800......less 500 discount certificate...so the price was 5300......so i went inside hoping to get a good deal....when i went inside i asked a sale staff about the unit...she answered..sir dli bya pwede mo tan-aw sa unit kung dli paliton........[shock kaau ko] told her miga...unsaon nako pag palit sa unit kung dli ko nmo patan awon.....[pilosopo mode] so i tested the unit and check agains any defects.....den i told her paliton nako....i gave her 5300 pesos....lain pa kaau tinan awan ang sales lady ug ni ingun....sir tag 5800 raba ang price.....i told her nga ang sign ninyo ni ingun nga 5300....kay naa 500 pesos discount....ingun dayun cya nga sir ang 500 gift certificate para na sa memory card or acessories....told her pila man capacity sa imong memory card ...ingun dayun cya nga 2gb ranang 500 gift certificate sir.....i was shock....told her miga.....bisan sa cd-r king...tag 460 ang ilang 4gb....imong hatag kay 2gb nga tag 500.......tubag dayun sa girl...nahug man gud na nga pakapin ra sir....so naglibug ko...pakapin pero imong bayran ug 500 gift check...

so akoa gisulti an nga cancel nalang ko sa pagpurchase...dli nalang ko mo dayun....den she told me nga dli bya pwede sir kay gi open na bya ang box sa cellphone....i didnt answer, i just went out of the store kay hadlok ko makapasakit nya ko.

grabeha ana nga store oi......asa ta maka complain ani....dapat bani sa DTI kay misleading kaau ang ilang signs gibutang....

you should talk first with the manager, maybe there was a miscommunication with the staff regarding the promo. if that does not go well, proceed to DTI.

Mao na ilang scheme...sa malipat lang... Sa dti bai... I had a bad experience sa Nokia ug Aerophone pero pagkadungog nila sa DTI nga letters gawas manager para gi-storya ko... I think dti can do something about it....deception mana... Mura sa aowa....sira na ron....

So meaning katong babae nangcommission diay toh sya. Swerte lang toh kay wala ko nakakuha sa babae. Kay ug nakakuha pato nako ako gyud ireklamo ang kanahan.... bati na sila dha. walay seminar mga tindera. Naghalhal lang ang mga GITI ana nila....

hm.....the promo dey posted is deceptive man sad....even if commision rana ilaha....mag tuo ka nga 5300 imung bayranan kay promo kuno...pero nganu 5800 man ila kubrahon? den ilang gift certificate worth 500 is only equal to 2gb nga micro sd......dba deceptive kaau.....

actually the micro SDs are free on other phone brands like the nokia X2, when you buy the unit naa sya free 2gb nga micro sd... sa ilaha ang libre imu paliton pero patong sila daan sa presyo. doble ila ego ang libre i baligya then ang presyo patas-an...kabaw bya ka sa SM bay daghan tao from all walks of life nya pang masa. Ug no earth aw sugba...

Dude, in the first place, you were looking for a phone worth 3750-3950. If I saw that the shop was selling it for more than what I was expecting, I'd have gone to a different shop. Good thing you didn't buy the unit anyway.

I was thinking of the same thing .

if I know the price range of the phone I am looking for is only " 3750-3950 " , why would I go to a store that advertises the same phone @ more than 5K ?

To start please naa gani mo mga NOT SO PERFECT DAY DURING A TANSACTION , palihug intawn ayaw mo himo ug topic dayon this and that . You are not talking about the shop , you are talking about the CUSTOMER SERVICE of the SALES STAFF and worst , you left the place doing nothing and here you are TS WHINING and BITCHING .

I could have lock this thread but to be fair with you , I want to hear your side also . Base lang sa storya nimo , naa man pod ka sayop .
