mga bro.. ang hard disk sa akong migo kay 40gb..
pero kung e-format kay 4gb ra jud ang ma format..

unsa problema ani??

it has bad sectors, if its seagate you can try to download seatools at their website, if its still under warranty, you can send it directly to seagate singapore through manila office - just browse the website

if its not seagate then you can use hard disk sentinel program

try nko og format sa xp pero dli xa..
den sa win98 dli pud xa..

ni try nko og lain hard disk ok ra ang pag format..
so it means nga ok ang mga cd og rom..

how big is the "other" hard disk you tried? brand & model #?

i smell "BIOS" issues.
