Warranty Terms and Conditions
(Subject to change without prior notice. Current warranty information upon purchase of item is applied. Any update on warranty would be based on date of update and date of purchase)
The seller is not obliged to repair any system or system component in the following instances:
a.) damage resulting from accident, misuse, or abuse of the system or component (such as, but not limited to, use of incorrect line voltages, use of incorrect fuses, use of incompatible, defective, or inferior devices, supplies, or accessories, improper or insufficient ventilation, or failure to follow operating instructions) by anyone other than the seller or equipment manufacturers service centre (or its representatives).
b.) damage resulting from an act of God such as, but not limited to, lightning, flooding, tornado, earthquakes, and hurricanes
c.) failure due to an external factor (fire, flood, failures or fluctuations of electrical power or air conditioning)
d.) repairs due to excessive use, wear and tear
e.) the loading of software, software configurations or any data files
f.) the moving of the system entity to another without prior notice; or
g.) where the seller determines there is no trouble found (e.g., the error cannot be re-created).
With regards to any services that are not within the coverage of this Agreement, it will be within the seller’s discretion whether to perform the services, and, if the seller elects to perform the services, the services will be subject to an additional charge to be paid by Customer.
Most of our units have global warranty so customers can go to their specific brand’s authorized service centers for them to have their units serviced directly. For some other units, we provide in house warranty.
In House warranty is 90 days for parts and 1 year for service.

Where can I have my computer serviced?
·You may go to the brand's authorized service center with the acknowledgement receipt or go to our in-house service center located at Room 251, Colon Dev. Corp. Bldg., Osmena Blvd., corner P. Zamora St., Cebu City.
What are my payment options?
·a. ) CASH – buyer shall pay a 3% advance payment prior to receiving the unit. The other 97% will be paid upon receipt of the unit. 3% advance payment is non-refundable in case buyer retracts the purchase.
·b.) LAY-AWAY – buyer shall pay the total unit price within a maximum period of 3 months. The unit will be released upon completion of the payment. 5% of the total amount paid by the buyer is non-refundable in case buyer retracts the purchase.
Is it still possible to change the system model while completing my lay-away plan?
·Yes.
How long shall I wait for my order unit?
·Most of the laptop are readily available, otherwise, it may take up to 3 business days.
