    Default How did you quit smoking


    Lisod gyud kaau pag undang og smoking. Pero naay uban naka undang gyud. unsa man inyo technique in quitting, please share.

    i used to smoke 3-5 sticks a day.. nya 1 pack if naay party2x.. wala raman ko nag struggle ug undang, pag ingon nako undang nako aw naundang rasad jud.. mind over matter..

    ang reason ngano ni undange ko is bsan pa bag.o ko ligo nya wala ko nag smoke kay inig panington ko kay baho kong sigarilyo

    I used to finish 7 to 8 sticks a day... and a pack if party labi na inom inom pawala sa lo-ud... for almost 8 yrs..

    The house of my bandmate before have lots of marlboro packs everywhere sa ilang house... coz his mom, dad and brother smokes.. puros red pajud. makit-an nalang nimu sa CR sa kusina sala ug mga kwarto.. mao maka hurot ko ana nga amount per day kai adto ko tambay permi sa ila...

    Then I decided to quit katong nakit-an naku ilang silingan ni itom ang tunga tunga sa front 2 teeth... haha and I don't know bisag mag tooth brush ug mag mouthwash bag-o ligu naa gyud ko ma simhotan bahu sigarilyo... LOL

    and like @darsmith13 post it's all in the mind... siguro weak mind for tolerance siguro ang dili ka quit..

    Sa tinud-anay dili mabiya-an ang pag hingos aso sa sigarilyo. Sa akong experience 12 years ko nanigarilyo dili ko makabiya kung wala ko nakakuhag sakit. Usa sa akong gibuhat para dili kaayo ko mingawon simhoton ra nako ang sigarilyo ug assuming nanigarilyo. Nya dili dagkotan.

    1.)Bigger fear is a good motivator.
    Tan-aw pirmi sa mga pictures sa mga smokers nga nagkacancer.
    Kanang mga picture sa mga tawo nga buslot ang tilaok unya adto na sa liog mukaon.
    Magdala og mike sa liog para lang makasulti.

    stop lang deretso bro "cold turkey". i used to smoke pud reds for almost 15 years i think mga 1 pack a day. more pa ug mag inom. 1st lain kayo akong paminaw kay na anad ko labi na after eating and before going sa cr. but maka adjust raka. 1st few days murag uncomfortable ka (ako init ulo usahay) but ma wala ra gyud siya ma dugay. happy to say im 7 weeks nicotine free. d pa kau dugay but paminaw nako year(s) nako wala naka sigarilyo.

    luckly for me miski sa una pa dli ko gahanan mo smoke after mag toothbrush so akong gi buhat the 1st few days pag stop nako ug smoke is to brush my teeth ig maka huna2x ko ug smoke. try lang ug divert imong mind if ever ganahan ka mo smoke.

    goodluck bro.. na kaya nako, kaya ra pud kayo na nimo mo stop..
