Lets hope that the salary of the workers will still be competitive ug ang Ayala's will pay good.
kwartahan gyud na sila no.
i heard eTelecare is one of the best paying call centers diri sa cebu.. kung nepalit ang ayala ug shares, tingali padaghanun ang pag hire sa mga empleyado and taasun ang pay sa mg existing employees..
hmmm...i could only wonder what the effect will be...
i heard mo expand man ang ayala mall soon
daghan gyud ni sila kwarta
Hahahahaha.. If dats the case, expect nga mogamay ang sweldo ug benefits sa Etelecare...
Ayala Corporation is a big company, one of the biggest corporations in the Philippines, but dili kaau ni cla dako mohatag ug sweldo and benefits...
There is this American Company which had a branch in MEPZ1. Their salaries and benefits were good. The owner decided to sell the Cebu Plant to Ayala. When the plant/factory was bought by the Ayala's, their salaries were reduced, their benefits were reduced, and the pressure and hard work increased compared to the time when that factory was still under the American Company.
Hinoon, mas ok cla ug kahimtang kaysa sa ubang Japanese and Taiwanese companies in MEPZ. But the bottom line is, it was really great during the time when they were still under the American Company.
Etel is one of the highest paying call center companies in the Philippines. My best friends work there... Surely there will be certain changes in the company structure...
up gyud? ehehehe...
for all i know, Ayala naman ag nagpadagan sa Etel, even before this news came out. Fred Ayala ata ila CEO/COO or sumptin...
i foresee Etel becoming a really big ang great company... thats coming from a former employee. they just ahve to work on more sa ila employee relations/hr team.
